History

Since 1978, the Westover Hills Neighborhood Association has worked to preserve, protect, and improve the quality of life in Westover Hills, a thriving community established in southwest Richmond in 1924. The Westover Hills Neighborhood Association offers a forum for residents to share information and ideas. Meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of each month at the Westover Hills United Methodist Church and are open to all neighbors.
