I have watched an unrestrained dog walk into my yard up to my porch and urinate on my plant. The owner paid no attention whatsoever to what her dog was doing. My plant is now dead.
There are leash laws in Richmond as well as fines. Put dogs on a leash and clean up after them! Have respect for your neighbors' property!
